Post Up Technique – Training Wheels

In our first meeting Jo Spiegelhauer used  the Training Wheels session to introduce us to the Post Up technique. It is a technique to generate great brainstorming session results. Each person brainstorms individually on post-it notes first. The post-it notes are then placed on a whiteboard where they can be discussed and grouped and organised into a plan. Read what we did in our session with Jo below

Everyone was given a pad of post-it notes and instructed to think of things we need in a training kit. One thing was to be written on each post it note.
At the end of the allocated time Jo had us form into groups and attached our post-it notes working our way around the group onto a board.

Then we had a board of items to add to our training kits.
